North Texas District Office

Waxahachie,TX   

 

Project completed June, 2012

The North Texas District Council of the Assemlbies of God wanted to centralize their ministry adjacent to the North Texas District, Lakeview Campground/Conference Center (LCCC) and Southwest University of the Assemblies of God located in Waxahachie, Texas.  The result is an energy efficient I.C.F. (insulated concrete form) structure with a brick and stone exterior which creates a visual tie with the adjacent LCCC.

 

The vision for this building came from Rick Dubose, District Superintendent.

Contractors for building structure and experior components were Frank Dale Construction & Randy Bentley for Balance of project.

​

Project coordinator for Owner was Steve Wagler, Director of Lakeview Camp & Conference Center.

 

Global Mechanical was responsible for sophisticated VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) HVAC system.

​

There were 30 RV Maps (Recreational Vehicale Volunteers) involved in the project including:  electrical design, Don McClure & Gary Glabe, Electrical Contractor.

Architect was Schuette Design.
